Ezekiel’s Fire

The following is from a book that I wrote in 2022, titled Ezekiel’s Fire:

On March 7th, 2009, a Delta II rocket launched from Cape Canaveral, carrying the Kepler Space Telescope. It’s purpose was to find planets like our own, but it also discovered something far more ominous:

the end of our civilization

That telescope found G-class stars exactly like our sun, blasting out flares thousands of times bigger than the worst solar flare ever seen – the Carrington Event of 1859. And, the Carrington Event was so bad that if it hit us again, a large part of our civilization would be in ruins. So, with the fact that the Kepler Space Telescope was seeing superflares from stars exactly like the Sun, it means that our way of life will one day be destroyed in a fantastic burst of light. More importantly, the Bible agrees.

I call what’s coming, Ezekiel’s Fire. And, that term comes from this verse:

And I will send a fire on Magog, and on them that dwell securely in the isles; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.

Ezekiel 39:6 (ASV)

A fire described in the Book of Ezekiel?

Okay, Ezekiel’s Fire

I could have called it Isaiah’s Sun or Zechariah’s Horses, and both Isaiah and Zechariah talk about the same moment in time and add important data to what we are talking about. But, this fire that will hit our earth will be truly devastating, and will destroy the modern foundations of our civilization. And, as you already know from my other book, When Gog Comes, Ezekiel is a good place to start, when considering the timing of this solar catastrophe. But, let’s get back to that Kepler Space Telescope.

Looking For Planets, Finding Doom

Kepler’s job was to find planets orbiting stars like our own. And, when you want to do that, you take multiple readings of the brightness of each star over a long period of time to see if it dims a bit at any moment in time. A loss in brightness indicates that something passed across the face of the star. And, if you measure precisely enough, you can determine the size of the planet and maybe even if it holds an atmosphere. Get enough spectrographic detail, and you might even find out what kind of atmosphere the planet has.

The Kepler Space Telescope operated for nine years, gathering a vast trove of data on stars just like our own. And, it found planets. Lots of them. And, it was so successful that they launched another satellite to do even more of what Kepler did. Astrophysicists were ecstatic over the thousands of planets that they had found.

Unfortunately, scientists are all too human. They pay attention to what they expect to see and ignore what they are not looking for. Since they were only searching for G-class stars that dimmed a bit, they discarded the data that showed stars becoming brighter. We actually have a term for points of information that do not fit our expectations – extraneous data.

Enter Dr. Kazunari Shibata of Kyoto University in Japan. He looked at the extraneous data and discovered that stars like our own throw out gigantic, civilization-destroying superflares as much as a million times stronger than any flare ever seen – every 800 to 5000 years. If our sun hits Earth with one of those, we’re toast. And, Dr. Shibata has been sounding the alarm since 2012.

Very few have been listening.

It Gets Worse – The Micronova

Unfortunately, it gets worse. We have evidence of stars brightening, disappearing and then slowly becoming visible again. And this is far, far worse than any ‘superflare’ because that is the signature of a nova event.

To most astronomers, a nova can happen only two ways – a star drawing material off of another object that eventually causes it to explode or a red giant collapsing in on itself and exploding. But, the nova event that I’m talking about here does not follow these rules. Our sun isn’t a part of a binary star system. There’s no ‘hot jupiter’ in close orbit. No black holes. Nothing. And, in case you haven’t noticed, our sun also isn’t a red giant. But, since astrophysicists cannot explain how these stars are disappearing and reappearing like this… they ignore them. (That extraneous data again.)

Scientists are like most people. If they cannot explain what they are seeing, they dismiss it. This is why it took so long for the word ‘superflare’ to become an accepted term. And, it will take even longer for ‘micronova‘ – or a term like it – to become common usage among astrophysicists.

What The Bible Says

The problem is that we might not have enough time for astronomers to recognize the existence of small nova events coming from stars like our own. Therefore, it’s good that we have the Bible, which describes a situation that is exactly what we would expect from a micronova. Therefore, we don’t need to wait for flawed physicists to acknowledge what they refuse to see.

What is the Bible telling us?

There will be a moment in time, whether through dust accumulation or a strong magnetic anomaly, when our sun will blow off its outermost shell – out into the solar system. The result will be a temporary brightness seven times greater than normal, that will also cause our moon to be as bright as the sun. This ‘outer shell’ will race outwards into our solar system, while cooling – transforming into an expanding shell of dust.

As this expanding shell of dust races past Mercury, Venus and then Earth, stars will be obscured – as if being rolled up as a scroll. It will be like a line of storm clouds moving across a night sky, obscuring everything behind it. And, when you look up at night, you’ll see the stars wink out as if they were being wiped away.

Our sun will also be dimmed by this cloud of dust, and the dust will shift the light reflected from our moon into the color of blood. Also, clumps of dust that hit Earth’s atmosphere will flare brightly, like shooting stars. And, our satellites will fall out of orbit burning up in the atmosphere.

If any of this sounds familiar, congratulations. You’ve been reading your Bible, specifically Isaiah 30 and the last part of Revelation 6. Both of those passages lay out a stunningly exact description of what we would expect during a small nova event.

Here is what Isaiah says:

Moreover the light of the moon will be as the light of the sun,
And the light of the sun will be sevenfold,
As the light of seven days,…

 – Isaiah 30:26a (NKJV)

I don’t think that very many understand how big a deal that is. First of all, such an event could not last more than a few minutes or hours, because if it lasted much longer than that the heat would kill everything, turning our planet into a charred piece of rock. Second, this will be thousands of times stronger than any solar flare, ever recorded.

The Carrington Event was the biggest solar flare ever observed on Earth. The Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) that hit us, was so powerful that it melted telegraph wires around the globe and gave us northern lights that reached almost to the equator. If the Carrington Event hit us like that again, it would destroy power grids around the world and millions upon millions would die. But, there’s something vitally important that you need to know about the Carrington Event:

You would not have been able to see it, unless you were looking at the sun with a special telescope.

This means that Isaiah is talking about something thousands of times more powerful than seen by Richard Carrington in 1859. We will all see it. And, it will be terrifying to those who do not understand it. (It will even be bad for those of us who do.)

Now, you could make a case for this being just about a ginormous solar flare, or maybe even more than one. And, if a bunch of them burst from the sun’s surface, all at once, that might account for such brightness. However, the difference between a bunch of solar flares and a micronova might just be semantics. And, we have more than Isaiah to talk about.

Those of you who have been reading When Gog Comes, will have seen what I said about the Sixth Seal of Revelation 6. It also speaks of a massive solar event and has the same context as Isaiah 30:

…and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. 13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. 14 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up…

Revelation 6:12b-14a (NKJV)

It’s hard to see how this could be anything other than the aftermath of a nova event. Some have said that our solar system could be hit by an interstellar cloud of dust. And, it is true that such things exist in our galaxy. But, we haven’t seen any coming our way, and the likelihood of such a circumstance is far less than a micronova.

However, it is also true that we’d see a big explosion from our sun, if we did run into a big cloud of dust. Dust accumulation on the surface of a star is the number one cause of nova events. Think of it as a dusty solar sneeze.

How would a micronova happen without running into an interstellar cloud of dust?

Multiple magnetic anomalies.

NOTE: Scientists like to use that word ‘anomaly’ a lot. It’s an event or piece of data that cannot be explained by what we currently understand. It sounds more intelligent than saying, ‘boy, that’s weird’. But, since scientists are human, they need words that make them look like they know what they are doing. But, ‘anomaly’ isn’t a bad word, so we’ll continue to use it.

Solar flares occur when magnetic fields within the sun get more and more energetic as they twist tighter and tighter. Then, when these strong magnetic fields touch each other, a patch of the sun’s surface explodes outward in a burst of light, energy and CME. If enough of these magnetic explosions happened at once, all over the sun, you would have a magnetic-induced nova event.

Unfortunately, we’ve never seen one of those, so scientists don’t believe that such events are possible. I’m not a scientist, so feel free to agree with them. Just remember that no one believed that our sun could produce superflares until Dr. Shibata proved them wrong. But, more on that later. Let’s get back to what the Bible says.

The Great Earthquake

If you look carefully, you’ll notice that I left something out of two Bible passages that I quoted to you earlier. Here they are again, in full, but with important parts in bold:

25 There will be on every high mountain
And on every high hill
Rivers and streams of waters,
In the day of the great slaughter,
When the towers fall.
26 Moreover the light of the moon will be as the light of the sun,
And the light of the sun will be sevenfold,
As the light of seven days,
In the day that the Lord binds up the bruise of His people
And heals the stroke of their wound.

Isaiah 30:25-26 (NKJV)

12 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. 13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. 14 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.

Revelation 6:12-14 (NKJV)

This will be the second biggest earthquake in the history of the world. It will sweep the globe, shattering every tall building and causing massive tsunamis bigger than anything ever recorded. Underground streams and aquifers will have their courses – and even locations – changed forever. And, there are a lot more passages in the Bible that say much the same thing about this event. We also have scientific evidence that seems to describe how and why these earthquakes will happen. Just remember that the Bible is a better guide to the future than science.

Electric Earthquakes

We’ve noticed something interesting about earthquakes. Some scientists have recorded an increase in electromagnetic activity in areas where earthquakes are about to happen. Part of this is the electric discharge that happens when you put lots of pressure on a rock. Squeeze a rock hard enough, and you’ll get zapped. It’s called the Piezoelectric Effect. But, we’ve also noticed that when a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) from our sun hits the earth, there appears to be a small increase in earthquake activity, especially around the north and south poles – which is a REVERSE Piezoelectric Effect.  But, there’s more.

Remember when I said that this will be the second biggest earthquake ever?

Well the ‘first biggest’ was several thousand years ago. We call that moment in time, The Great Flood. And, we aren’t used to thinking of that as an earthquake. And, we are especially not used to thinking of The Great Flood as a nova event. But, there’s an awful lot of glass up on the moon. In fact, the entire surface of the moon is covered in glass, with a thin layer of dust on top. A lot of that glass comes from meteors hitting the moon. (Lunar Impact Glass)

Is some of that glass from a nova event that also broke up the surface of Earth and deluged it with water?

It sounds plausible, but we haven’t spent all that much time on our moon. And, we’ve only analyzed a tiny part of its surface. However, some recent moon missions are doing that. But, we’re not sure if they are looking for the proof that we need.

Foolish Scientists

Unfortunately, we quickly run into a problem when trying use scientific observation to discover the cause of these events that we are talking about – scientists. They don’t want to look for it. They don’t think that they need to look for it. They think that they understand the sun just fine. And, they also think that you should keep your opinions to yourself, thankyouverymuch.

Max Plank won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918, and had something to say about foolish scientists:

“A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die, and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it.”

– Max Planck, 1950

Another way of saying that is:

Science advances one funeral at a time.

The scientific community is full of flawed people who doggedly stick to old ideas, even when absolute proof is offered that shows them to be wrong. Only when arrogant and foolish scientists die, will new ideas advance, ideas that better explain the data that they have received.

Remember Dr. Shibata?

It took more than a decade for a few astronomers to reluctantly accept the idea that our sun can eject superflares. And, you can bet that there had to be quite a few funerals before younger scientists grab this new bull by the horns and acknowledge what he was saying. But, we aren’t going to wait for flawed scientists to eventually recognize reality. We’re going to accept the Bible as our basis for truth.

The End Of Our Civilization

Unfortunately, for those of us who love the comforts of a modern, technologically advanced civilization, the Bible is telling us that our current way of life is doomed. All buildings of any size will be destroyed, killing everyone inside of them. Electricity will cease to exist. Water will no longer flow from our faucets. All transport will cease operating. Permanently. All of that. For a very, very long time.

And, billions of people will die.

If you have read my book When Gog Comes, you already know that this will happen long before the Antichrist and the Great Tribulation. Yes, I know that we were all taught a different story, but the theories that were introduced 200 years ago aren’t going to save us when this disaster strikes.

If you are at the wrong place, at the wrong time, when the sun lights up the sky and the moon turns the night into day, your chance of survival will be very, very low – especially, if you have not taken steps to prepare spiritually, mentally and physically. That’s what this book is about – giving you some of the tools that you need to understand what the Bible is warning about, helping you think through the survival process and the preparations that you need to make.

My goal is for the Body of Christ to survive and thrive during those very, very dark days. Our job as Christians is to reflect the light of Christ into a world that suffers and dies. I know that this time will be terrible, and I’m not looking forward to it. But, I also know that there is nothing worse than someone leaving this life, not knowing Christ.

It would be better to suffer terribly and lose everything – including your life – but go into eternity knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior. No amount of suffering and loss compares to life in Christ, and eternity with Him. And that’s why Ezekiel’s Fire won’t just be a tragedy. It will also be a tremendous opportunity to share the gospel with those who see the truth of God for the first time.

So, let’s dig deeper into what Ezekiel’s Fire really means.

What Is Ezekiel’s Fire?

Again, Ezekiel’s Fire comes from this verse:

And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the Lord.

Ezekiel 39:6 (KJV)

That verse occurs after Gog and Magog come down to seek the destruction of Israel. And, I cover the timing of this event in my book:

When Gog Comes
https://whengogcomes.com/

And, there can be no question that this is an event from our sun. Isaiah 30:26 makes that absolutely clear. The sun becoming seven times brighter is a very big deal. But, there’s other proof from the Bible.

Ezekiel 39 and Isaiah 30 Connected

Remember that the coming of Gog and Magog and the Return of Jacob to God are the core events here. Ezekiel’s Fire is just the side effect. The massive alliance created by Gog must invade Israel first, before Ezekiel’s Fire happens. And, there’s no way that Gog would be able to do that, unless the major military powers of today had been dramatically weakened. And, that ‘weakening’ is exactly what happens during the first five seals.

Again, what is our core verse?

This one:

And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the Lord.

Ezekiel 39:6 (KJV)

That verse is directly connected to this one:

So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward.

Ezekiel 39:22 (KJV)

That means that the Return of Jacob to God – the Salvation of Israel – will only happen at the time of Ezekiel’s fire. And, that confirms what Isaiah said about the sun being seven times brighter:

…In the day that the Lord binds up the bruise of His people and heals the stroke of their wound.

Isaiah 30:26b (NKJV)

That is spiritual salvation, and I call it an absolutely conclusive match. Ezekiel 39:6 and Isaiah 30:26 are both talking about the exact same event. Then, after that, God will give the Israelis enough time to mature spiritually so that 144 thousand of them can be marked in their foreheads with the signature of God – Revelation 7.

At this point, we could call this ‘case closed’ and go home. We have all the proof that we need to say that Ezekiel’s Fire comes at the time of Gog and Magog and long before the coming of the Antichrist. But, if we stopped there, we’d be missing a lot of valuable detail.

Zechariah 12:4

If Ezekiel’s Fire is a nova event of unimaginable ferocity, then we should see equally unimaginable side-effects from this solar cataclysm.

And we do.

Let’s go to Zechariah 12, which speaks of the spiritual salvation of Israel and look at this verse:

4 In that day,” says the Lord, “I will strike every horse with confusion, and its rider with madness; I will open My eyes on the house of Judah, and will strike every horse of the peoples with blindness.

Zechariah 12:4 (NKJV)

Normally, a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) from a more normal event, like a solar flare, would not have this effect upon cars and vehicles. An X-class flare would only cause problems for electricity distribution. But, this solar nova will be so far beyond X-class that we would need to look at a Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) to see something similar. And, Zechariah 12:4 describes the effects of an EMP, perfectly. But, I’m getting ahead of myself.

Let me pull back a bit and ask you this question:

What is Zechariah 12:4 describing?

Well, if we understand that Zechariah is talking about the modern age, we need to interpret the verse in a modern context.

What are the horses that Zechariah speaks of?

Well, unless you wish to claim that everyone, everywhere in the world will soon go back to riding horses, we must assume that Zechariah’s use of ‘horses’ is actually a reference to more modern modes of transportation:

  • motorcycles
  • cars
  • trucks
  • military vehicles

So, if Zechariah is using horses as a euphemism to describe modern transportation…

What would happen to them if they were hit by an EMP from something like Ezekiel’s Fire?

Well, Zechariah speaks of these horses as having been struck blind.

What does a horse do when it is struck blind?

Nothing.

No horse with any sense at all, does ANYTHING but stay in one place if it has been struck blind.

What does a vehicle do that has been struck by an EMP?

The same thing. Nothing.

What is the context of Zechariah 12:4?

Well, we can find it, a few verses down, here:

And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn.

Zechariah 12:10 (NKJV)

TRANSLATION NOTE: The word for look in the above verse is הביטה (hee-beet) means consider or regard. It is exactly the same word used in Isaiah 51:2, where it says:

Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.

 – Isaiah 51:2 (KJV)

Since look, in this case is in the command form, there is a slight change in the last character and a change the pronunciation of the first character – הביטו (hah-bee-too).

The point is that God wasn’t requiring Israel to open Abraham’s grave and see his remains. No, God was telling the to consider Abraham. And in the exact same sense, God is telling us that Israel will consider Jesus and accept Him as their Lord and Savior.

THAT is the same context as Isaiah 30:26 and Ezekiel 39:6. And, that context is…

…spiritual salvation, the return of Israel to God.

That is a positive and conclusive match.

Woe Unto Us If Those Are Horses!

Oh, and for those who wish to say that the horses of Zechariah 12 are four-legged beasts of burden, think about that for a moment. If these are real horses, it will mean that our civilization will have collapsed long before Ezekiel’s Fire. If our technology falls so far and so fast that we are forced to uses horses, woe unto us. It means that billions will have already died, and that Ezekiel’s Fire will merely be the final nudge that destroys what’s left.

For more on that, read this chapter from When Gog Comes:

Zechariah 12-13
https://whengogcomes.com/08-zechariah-12-13.html

Multiple Passages That Describe A Single Event

So, now we have multiple passages that describe events from the same moment in time:

  • The Sun is seven times brighter
  • A fire hits the Earth
  • Vehicles cease to be able to operate
  • A darkened Sun, a blood-red Moon and Stars that don’t shine
  • The biggest earthquake since The Great Flood
  • The Return of Jacob to God

The only thing that I can think of, that would account for all of that, would be a small nova event – something bigger than anything that we have EVER seen from our sun in more than four thousand years. Unless we discover something out in the universe that would fit better with what the Bible says, I believe that our default position must be that this is a micronova.

Oh, and one more thing. Many have written to me about the use of nuclear weapons and whatnot. Please focus your mind on how this is described in the Bible. God speaks of himself as the cause of this, no one else. This will be God, demonstrating that He lives and that He truly reigns over the heavens and the Earth.

Now, if this solar nova were only going to impact the Middle East, I wouldn’t be writing this. At least, I wouldn’t be doing so in English. This will affect the whole earth and billions will die.

And, I do NOT want you to be one of them.

Now, we will continue our discussion of what the Bible says about what is coming later. But, right now, I want to take you on a detour through the science behind this prophecy.

Grace To Israel

So, let’s look at the passages that speak of this same moment as Ezekiel’s Fire. And, let’s start with the passage is the most devastating of all:

Isaiah 30:18-33 Grace to Israel
https://israelsaved.com/isaiah-30_18-33-grace-to-israel/

18 And therefore will the Lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.

19 For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee.

20 And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers:

21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

25 And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.

26 Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.

27 Behold, the name of the Lord cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:

28 And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.

29 Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come into the mountain of the Lord, to the mighty One of Israel.

30 And the Lord shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.

31 For through the voice of the Lord shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod.

People will say that the reference to the Assyrian means that this about the Antichrist or about the fall of Assyria that happened thousands of years ago. Sorry, but that doesn’t work.

This whole passage is about the Redemption of Israel. And we know from our discussion about Gog and Magog, that they trigger event for the salvation of Israel.

Is Assyria part of this invasion of Israel?

Or, is Gog himself by Assyrian?

Either way is possible. But, the differences between Gog and the Antichrist are HUGE. Have a whole list of the differences here:

Concluding the Core Chapters
https://whengogcomes.com/11-concluding-the-core-chapters.html

And, for those who wish to say that this has already happened, I’m sorry but History would like a word with you. Assyria was destroyed by Babylon. Nothing like Isaiah 30 happened at any time in the past. Neither has the next passage ever happened in the past.

The Redemption Of Judah And Jerusalem

Zechariah 12 The Redemption Of Judah And Jerusalem
https://israelsaved.com/zechariah-12-the-redemption-of-judah-and-jerusalem/

2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.

3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.

4 In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.

5 And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the Lord of hosts their God.

6 In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.

7 The Lord also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.

8 In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them.

9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.

12 And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;

13 The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart;

14 All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.

Let’s see… has any of this happened yet?

No.

Does this look like the capture of Jerusalem by the Antichrist?

No.

So, what does this look exactly like?

The coming Gog and Magog in Ezekiel 38 and 39. And, just like in Ezekiel 38 and 39, Jerusalem, Judea and Israel are all victorious because God destroys Gog and Magog.

Oh, and for those who wish to claim that this is at the END of the Great Tribulation….

Why is everyone mourning?

When Jesus Returns, His people will not be mourning. They will rejoice. And, as I told you before, the word ‘look’, is the same as the word for consider.

The Problem With John 19:37

Now let’s clear up some other issues that some have raised:

John 19:37 – And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.

John is obviously quoting Zechariah 12:10. But, two different words are used for look. Even though I do not like the Septuagint, they don’t get everything wrong. They actually used the correct translation for look in Zechariah:

επιβλέψονται – a form of ἐπιβλέπω, that means to regard or to look upon. And, the only three times that it is found in the New Testament Greek, it literally just means regard or consider.

John 19:37 uses a completely different word for look:

ὀπτάνομαι – which is already a root word and means to see, appear or to show one’s self.

So, what happened to John 19:37?

Did a scribe, at some early point, corrupt that verse, changing the word for ‘look’?

And yes, I looked at more than one Septuagint.

Then, there’s another issue that people bring up and that’s Revelation 1:7.

Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

That one isn’t hard to understand. And, there are two reasons why:

  • There will be Jews who did not accept Him as their Messiah. We see this in Daniel 11:30 , where it says that there will be those who forsake the holy covenant.
  • Also, those Jews who have accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior, will also be descendant of those who pierced Messiah. And furthermore, if it were not for our sins, Jesus would not have needed to die upon a cross and be pierced.

I do not have a satisfactory answer for what happened to John 19:37. I do not even claim that I am handling this issue properly. I can only tell you what I clearly know and that the events of Zechariah 12 are compatible with all the other passages that talk about the same event.

Isaiah told us that there were stumbling blocks in the Bible that are put there to destroy the scornful:

Isaiah 28:13 But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

That’s the only reason that I can think of for why God allowed a scribe to change the word for look in John 19:37. And, for those of you who don’t know, there are many different Greek New Testament manuscripts have have errors in them. Whether by incompetent copying or malicious intent, we have many manuscripts that have differences.

Is there a Greek manuscript that gets John 19:37 right?

I don’t know. But, this is a mystery that does not change the message of the Bible, so I will not worry much about it other than to wonder why from time to time.

It is a miracle that we have gotten so much of the original scriptures, with such accuracy. I don’t think that people quite understand how amazing it is that we’ve gotten it right for so long. Nothing but a miracle could have accomplished such a feat of accuracy.

Ezekiel’s Fire In Gog And Magog

Since we have referred to Gog and Magog let’s look at a few passages that describe Ezekiel’s Fire in Ezekiel 38 and 39.

Gog And Magog Destroyed, Global Earthquake

Ezekiel 38:18-23 Gog And Magog Destroyed, Global Earthquake
https://israelsaved.com/ezekiel-38_18-23-gog-and-magog-destroyed-global-earthquake/

18 And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord God, that my fury shall come up in my face.

19 For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;

20 So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.

21 And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord God: every man’s sword shall be against his brother.

22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.

23 Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the Lord.

For those of you who still cling to the ‘Gog-is-the-Antichrist’ theory, notice how this passage starts:

when Gog shall come against the land of Israel

We know what happens when the Antichrist comes against the Land of Israel. He successfully conquers Israel and Jerusalem, which is why Jesus told us to run away when you see the Abomination of Desolation standing where it shouldn’t be. But, Gog is different.

When Gog comes against the Land of Israel, God creates a great earthquake that knocks everything down. Everything. Every wall, building, city… everything. But, it doesn’t mean just knocking down buildings and walls. It also rearranges the landscape:

the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall

Basically, God rearranges the landscape. And yes, and earthquake that rearranges the landscape is almost beyond belief. But, rearranging the landscape has an important purpose, and we’ll see that in Fruitful Wilderness. For the rains to come to the south, some mountains need to rise and some need to fall.

Gog Destroyed

Now, here is where we get to the reason why I call this cataclysm, Ezekiel’s Fire.

Ezekiel 39:1-10 Gog Destroyed
https://israelsaved.com/ezekiel-39_1-10-gog-destroyed/

1 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:

2 And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:

3 And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.

4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.

5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God.

6 And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the Lord.

7 So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, the Holy One in Israel.

8 Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord God; this is the day whereof I have spoken.

9 And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years:

When it says:

I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles

That’s a fire that affects the whole world, and it’s spoken of specifically in Ezekiel. So, it’s Ezekiel’s Fire. And, by this time, you know exactly where this fire is coming from. The Sun. And there’s no way that our civilization that survive that. It’s also the reason why Gog and Magog have their bows and arrows fall out of their hands.

The Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) effect will destroy all electronic devices and anything that requires an electronic device to run. All around the world. All electricity will be destroyed. Every building will be thrown down. No running water. No communications. No transportation. No fuel for anything. Billions die.

So, as I tell everyone, “If you see a massive army come against Israel from the north, go camping.” And I say that because the most dangerous places in the world will be cities, and places where there will be lots of people and no food or water.

When will this happen?

When the region around Israel is at peace and Israel decides to reduce her military to a fraction of what it once was. Sorta like the NATO countries did, except for Turkey and the US. And as I write this, it looks like we are getting close to the point where Israel has forced her enemies to behave. The only one left is Iran, and that might happen soon.

Now, does everyone need to be at peace?

Not really. Israel just needs to be defenseless. And, one way to make that happen is have the American economy collapse to the point she can’t even fund her military. The US adds a $1 Trillion to their national debt every 100 days, and at $36.4 Trillion that cannot continue for very long. Oh wait, I forgot a few statistics:

Total unfunded liabilities: $226 Trillion.

Interest paid each year on national debt: $1 Trillion

Total Federal budget: $7 Trillion/year

Federal debt to GDP: 123%

If Trump doesn’t find some way to cut the budget in half, America is toast. It’s only a matter of WHEN America falls. Not if. And, if America needs to cut military spending, the world will descend into chaos, and Israel will eventually be defenseless.

Why will Israel be defenseless?

Because Israel has based her security on the United States. Not all of her security, just the parts that would keep any war outside of Israel’s borders.

Did you notice that all of Israel’s 2000lb ground penetrating bombs come from the US?

Did you notice that a lot of the iron dome missiles are made in the US?

Did you notice that all of her air force is US made?

There’s also a problem with the fact that almost every other country is in worse shape, and I don’t know how we get out of this without paying a terrible cost. And, all of this is happening when natural resources are getting harder to find and refine.

If you really want a bad dose of depression go here:

US Debt Clock
https://www.usdebtclock.org/

And, the really stupid and moronic thing is that it didn’t need to be this way. But, people are corrupt, and they vote for governments that will give them what they want – even if it kills their children and grandchildren. And yes, that is how bad we all are.

Israel Returned and Redeemed

Ezekiel 39:21-29 Israel Returned And Redeemed
https://israelsaved.com/ezekiel-39_21-29-israel-returned-and-redeemed/

21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.

22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward.

23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.

24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.

25 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;

26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.

27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies’ lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;

28 Then shall they know that I am the Lord their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.

29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord God.

Notice verse 21. It talks about the heathen – which just means nations – how God would be glorified, and that they will see how God has judged them. But, it also shows how the world see the salvation and sanctification of Israel.

When Gog and Magog descends upon Israel – as we saw in the section that talks about Gog and Magog – Israel is redeemed by God. You cannot have a Redemption of Israel without Ezekiel’s Fire. You just can’t, and the number of people who will die from this will be incredible.

The Return of Jacob

Jeremiah 46:27-28 The Return of Jacob
https://israelsaved.com/jeremiah-46_27-28-the-return-of-jacob/

27 But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.

28 Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the Lord: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.

When God says “for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee” that’s Ezekiel’s Fire. No Nation State could survive the Cataclysm that is going to hit the earth. Nations around the world will crumble completely and lose all cohesion. Pockets of humanity will survive, but I don’t see how any high tech civilization could.

And, we know that this is not the Millennium because the Nations survive in Zechariah 14.

Jacob Tears Apart Gentiles Ezekiel’s Fire And Gog And Magog

Micah 5:7-15 Jacob Tears Apart Gentiles Ezekiel’s Fire And Gog And Magog
https://israelsaved.com/micah-5_7-15-jacob-tears-apart-gentiles-ezekiels-fire-and-gog-and-magog/

7 And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the Lord, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.

8 And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver.

9 Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off.

10 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord, that I will cut off thy horses out of the midst of thee, and I will destroy thy chariots:

11 And I will cut off the cities of thy land, and throw down all thy strong holds:

12 And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers:

13 Thy graven images also will I cut off, and thy standing images out of the midst of thee; and thou shalt no more worship the work of thine hands.

14 And I will pluck up thy groves out of the midst of thee: so will I destroy thy cities.

15 And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.

[Definitely Ezekiel’s Fire. No doubt possible. But, also the fact that the Jews will be strong within and amongst the nations.]

There are three things here that are remarkable. The Jews will have an outsized amount of power among the nations. And, they will defeat their adversaries. And, with the Christians who support them – and that includes me – the Jews have soundly defeated their adversaries. All who have hated them have been crushed. However, it’s also clear that they will return to their land in unbelief, and God will do great damage to everything in Israel.

Think of what this means when God says that He will destroy the cities of Israel. We know that happens because of the Great Earthquake that knocks everything down. But, think about how many who would die in such an event. When Zechariah says that two thirds of all people in the Land are cut off and die, that earthquake would certainly do the job.

Then God executes vengeance in anger and fury on the nations in a way that they have never heard of before. Ezekiel’s Fire will definitely fit that description. Our civilization is so high tech, and so dependent upon high tech infrastructure that our civilization dies in a way that no other civilization has ever died. Not even at the time of the Antichrist will we see as many people dying and being destroyed at one time. There will never again be eight billion people on this planet, except maybe during the Millennium.

Nations Judged

Isaiah 34 Nations Judged
https://israelsaved.com/isaiah-34-nations-judged/

2 For the indignation of the Lord is upon all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.

3 Their slain also shall be cast out, and their stink shall come up out of their carcases, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood.

4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.

5 For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.

6 The sword of the Lord is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the Lord hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea.

7 And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.

8 For it is the day of the Lord’s vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion.

9 And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch.

10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.

[Remember verse eight. This is for the controversy of Zion.]

[Sounds like Seal Six, right?]

Lots of people would want to claim that this is Armageddon, and I get that. But, remember that Gog and Magog are about Jerusalem. Zechariah 12, which is definitely about Gog and Magog and the redemption of Israel, is definitely about Jerusalem being a burdensome stone in verse 3.

Furthermore, all the nations are destroyed. And, as I said earlier, they will be destroyed in a way that we have never seen and will never see again. This solar EMP will destroy everything in a way that we have never seen before. And, will never see again.

God also talks about something else. And, I’ve referred to this in Isaiah 30:26. When the wave of dust flows outward from the sun the heavens will be rolled up, there will be shooting stars, and no stars will be seen for quite some time. The moon will be blood red and the sun will be dimmed.

What does this sound like?

Seal Six of Revelation 6. In fact, let’s look at that:

12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

 – Revelation 5:12-17 (KJV)

Now, lots of people claim that this is the Second Coming because the above says this:

…hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

But, who is saying this?

15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man…

Does that sound like what happens at the Second Coming?

No.

This means that we have a good argument for Seal Six being the coming of Gog and Magog and the Redemption of Israel. And, what do we find just after Seal Six?

1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

 – Revelation 7:1-4 (KJV)

And, they go on to seal 12 thousand from each tribe of Israel. And, this angel asks for extra time to make sure all the 144 thousand Israelis are sealed. Now, if you look at Seals One through Four, you’ll see that a considerable amount of time passes with each seal. They don’t encompass days or years, but decades or even centuries. And, this angel is saying that they need extra time.

Why?

I’m assuming that only mature Christians would be sealed. And yes, I know that this is an assumption, but God does not call someone to service who is immature in their faith. It takes decades to achieve this kind of maturity. And, we see these 144 thousand later in Revelation, and they indeed have a service. But, we have not really been told what it is. Lots of people assume that they are to spread out across the world preaching the gospel, and that’s not a bad guess. But, it’s still a guess.

The point is that the verses about Ezekiel’s Fire fit perfectly with what we see in Seal Six.

The Return And Redemption Of Israel

Zephaniah 3:8-20 The Return And Redemption Of Israel
https://israelsaved.com/zephaniah-3_8-20-the-return-and-redemption-of-israel/

8 Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the Lord, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.

9 For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent.

10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.

11 In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride, and thou shalt no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.

12 I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the Lord.

13 The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.

14 Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.

15 The Lord hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the Lord, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.

16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.

17 The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

18 I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.

19 Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.

20 At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the Lord.

Again, this is just like Ezekiel 38 and 39. God assembles the nations to destroy them. And, then God says:

for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy

And THAT is Ezekiel’s Fire. God is telling us that fire is involved, and fire from the Sun fits perfectly here. And, just like what Zechariah 13 where God destroys the idols and kills two thirds of everyone in the Land of Israel. And, those that survive put their faith in Christ, and God also says that He will refine them, or as in the above passage, afflict them.

This is a perfect picture of the coming of Gog and Magog, the destruction of the nations, the redemption of Israel and their refining. All in one chapter.

Babylon Destroyed by the Medes

Isaiah 13 Babylon Destroyed by the Medes
https://israelsaved.com/isaiah-13-babylon-destroyed-by-the-medes/

9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.

11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.

13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

The entire chapter of Isaiah 13 is about the complete and utter destruction of Babylon. And, the description does not fit in any way with how Babylon was conquered by the Persians. It was captured almost without a fight. The only people killed were the rulers that were in one room celebrating.

Over time, it was slowly abandoned. And local villages used the stones of Babylon to build their own houses. It’s why we rarely see ancient, free standing structures if the area around them have villages in the area.

All of this means that this violent destruction of Babylon must happen in the future. And, I talked about this with the coming of Gog and Magog.

Why must Babylon be utterly and completely destroyed in such a way that no one will ever live there?

Because the current version of the Medes – Iran – wants to remove any and all threat to their control of the Middle East. The area where Babylon sits is Iraq, and the Sunni Muslim minority strongly oppose Shiite Muslim Iran. So, the Sunnis and Babylon must be completely and utterly destroyed as they move towards Israel.

And maybe, just maybe, it will be an opportunity for Iran to use a really dirty nuclear bomb on this area. There are nuclear weapons that have never been built because they are so fantastically awful. One example of this is the Cobalt Bomb. This would not be a difficult bomb for Iran to make, and they could use this as a terror weapon.

Just like when the Romans salted Carthage, Iran could make the Sunni areas unlivable for over a hundred years.

Remember that Persia is a part of Gog and Magog, and they have no regard for anyone or anything. Making a place unlivable for a century is just the kind of thing that they would do.

And, what happens when Gog and Magog come against Israel after – or at the same time as – they destroy Sunni Iraq?

Well they come against Israel, and God sends out Ezekiel’s Fire. And, when it says that the Earth will remove out of her place, this will be that global earthquake. But, this might add some important information.

We might experience a crustal displacement due to a large polar shift. It’s not something that I put a lot of credibility to, but it is true that our poles are moving – sometimes quite quickly. And, the earth’s crust sits on top of a blob of liquid metal and at the core is a sphere of liquid iron that rotates faster than earth does. If that rotation shifts, as it has done in the past, you will have utterly fantastic earthquakes. And, geologists have claimed that this happened millions of years ago. The Bible puts it at less than 5000 years ago – i.e., the Flood.

And yes, we have evidence of a truly massive solar event right about that time. They say ten thousand years. I say that they are wrong and that it’s half that. And by the way, we know this since only certain kinds of isotopes are created by such intense solar radiation like beryllium 10 and chlorine 36, we have an idea how the Great Flood occurred and why the earth tilts at 23.44 degrees.

When Ezekiel’s Fire hits us again, will the tilt of earth change?

The Redemption of Israel

Jeremiah 30 The Redemption of Israel
https://israelsaved.com/jeremiah-30-the-redemption-of-israel/

3 For, lo, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.

4 And these are the words that the Lord spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah.

5 For thus saith the Lord; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.

6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?

7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.

8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:

9 But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.

10 Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.

11 For I am with thee, saith the Lord, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet I will not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.

16 Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.

17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.

18 Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have mercy on his dwellingplaces; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.

21 And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the Lord.

22 And ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.

23 Behold, the whirlwind of the Lord goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked.

24 The fierce anger of the Lord shall not return, until he hath done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it.

[Again, it says in the latter days ye shall consider it.]

[God is going to make a full-end of the nations. Those that survive will be a remnant. And Jacob’s Trouble is definitely Ezekiel’s Fire.]

I don’t know who was the first one to say that Jacob’s Trouble is the Great Tribulation, but I would like to reach back in time and slap them. Jeremiah 30 is talking about the Redemption of Israel and NOT the Great Tribulation. And, it talks about making a full end of nations – just like all the other passages that describe God making an end of the nations at the time of the Redemption of Israel.

Here’s the mishandled verse in question:

7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.

Yeah, not even the Great Tribulation will be like what will happen. God doesn’t flatten everything or kill such a high percentage of the world’s population. At least, God doesn’t do this all at once, like Ezekiel’s Fire.
